Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Green Line Arms. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Firearms:
    • No Returns or Exchanges: All firearm sales are final. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession.
    • Defective Firearms: If a defect is discovered after the transfer, the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Do not send defective firearms directly to Green Line Arms.
  2. Ammunition and Body Armor:
    • No Returns or Exchanges: All ammunition and body armor sales are final due to safety and legal reasons.
  3. Accessories and Non-Firearm Items:
    • Within 30 Days: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.
    • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and all included accessories.
    • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to special orders and layaways. A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective items.
  4. Range and Rentals:
    • No Refunds: Payments for range time and rentals are non-refundable.
  5. Defective Items:
    • Exchanges Only: Defective items can be exchanged for the same item within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.
    • Warranty: For items with manufacturer warranties, please refer to the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Authorization Required: All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Contact Us:

Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Special Orders and Layaways:

  • Restocking Fee: Special orders and layaways are subject to a 25% restocking fee and are non-refundable.

Training and Range Services:

  • Non-Refundable: Payments for training classes and range services are non-refundable. Classes may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

VERY IMPORTANT – FIREARM RETURNS:

Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. We do not reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items.

We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. Do not send defective firearms directly to Green Line Arms. Manufacturer-repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number.
